Simon is an experienced business manager with a range of interests across a wide industry spectrum. He specialises in flexible learning design and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance management offering innovative and engaging online learning approaches and products.
Simon manages the Centre for People Development, an Adelaide based registered training organisation and CPD BIZ Consulting.
Simon has been involved in the consulting and education industries for over 10 years. He is also managing director of partnering company e-learning Creations, a highly collaborative and innovative educational design organisation.
Simon lives strongly held values of equity, fairness and transparency and is highly regarded for his ability to engage powerfully with people.
