Robyn is co-founder of CPD BIZ Consulting Pty Ltd and the Centre for People Development Pty Ltd. Since the late 1980's Robyn has worked as an internal and external consultant to the state and Commonwealth Governments.

Robyn established the HR and Strategic Communications consultancy RiM International Pty Ltd in 1995 and has specialised in large scale organisational change through the effective alignment of business strategy and people management.

Robyn is a unique combination of big picture thinker and a devil for detail. She is articulate, passionate and persuasive and she delivers the goods.
