Brett is an organisational development specialist with particular interests in diversity & inclusion, flexible work, HR policy, performance management, values, culture and change.
Before coming to CPD Brett was a public sector middle manager for 25 years across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia – frequently working at a national policy level.  He has worked in sectors as diverse as central government, community services, health, homelessness programs, corrections, transport, civil construction, and the environment.
Brett particularly enjoys working in environments of complexity, where teams may have become stuck, or where workplace issues may be unclear and difficult to define.

 

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology
  • Bachelor of Arts (Organisational Psychology/ Government)
  • Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems
